Outdoor construction in Del Mar.
Pools, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, drainage and slope work, built for coastal salt air, bluff lots, view setbacks, and tight site access. Same owner, in-house team, clean record since 1984.

Del Mar builds for small lots and salt.
Del Mar lots are small, high-value, and often perched on or near a bluff. There is rarely spare room to work, and what you build sits within feet of a neighbor and within view of the ocean. The site decides the build before the design does.
Right on the water, salt air corrodes ordinary hardware in a few seasons, so we spec stainless and marine-grade fasteners, powder-coated metal, sealed stone, and corrosion-rated equipment. Del Mar also enforces strict view-protection setbacks and height limits, and most of the city falls inside the coastal zone, which adds review. Narrow streets and short driveways make equipment access tight, so we plan staging and demolition before the first day on site.
Structure first, every time. We solve access, the setbacks, and the corrosion before we build anything you can see.
