Outdoor construction in Solana Beach.
Pools, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, drainage and slope work, built for compact coastal lots, bluff-top salt air, and view-protection setbacks. Same owner, in-house team, clean record since 1984.

Solana Beach builds for small lots and big views.
Solana Beach is a tight, compact town. Lots west of the railroad sit close together on the bluff, where ocean and lagoon views set the rules, and parcels east toward Lomas Santa Fe roll up into hillside grades. Most yards here ask for more than the space seems to allow.
On the bluff, the build fights two things at once: constant salt air and the city’s view-protection setbacks. We spec stainless and marine-grade fasteners, powder-coated metal, sealed stone, and corrosion-rated equipment so the work holds up in the wind off the water, and we design inside the height and setback limits before a shovel moves. Compact lots and narrow side yards also mean access is real work, so we stage equipment, delivery, and pours so a tight site does not stall the schedule.
Structure first, every time. We solve the access, the setbacks, and the corrosion before we build anything you can see.
