Outdoor construction in Jamul & East County.
This is our home turf. Pools, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, drainage and grading, built for rural parcels, decomposed-granite soil, steep terrain, and fire-zone setting. Same owner, in-house team, clean record since 1984.

East County is our own backyard.
Our studio sits at 20808 Thyme Way in Jamul, so the rural East County build is not a market we expanded into. It is where we are from. We know what the ground does here because we drive these roads and live on this soil.
East County means large parcels, long private drives, and decomposed-granite soil on steep and varied terrain. That soil drains hard and sheds erosion fast on a grade, so we engineer cut and fill first, set compacted base and retaining walls, and route water before any finish goes in. Most lots run on a well and a septic system, which dictates where you can build, and most sit in a high fire zone that shapes material and defensible-space choices. The grading scope alone is bigger than any in-town job.
Structure first, every time. We solve the terrain, the soil, the systems, and the fire risk before we build anything you can see.
