We start with how you actually live outside: where people gather, how they move through the space, which rooms earn the square footage. On one recent build, fixing the layout saved the owner $15,000 — and we put a full outdoor kitchen in at the same total cost. That’s the difference between a yard that’s decorated and one that’s designed.
